At New Audemars Piguet, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all protective films, tags, and documentation are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the timepiece in its original presentation box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton, including all warranty cards and certificates.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
